The California Investment Immigration Fund, LLC (CIIF) is approved and designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a “Regional Center” for participation in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Pilot Program.
The CIIF Regional Center operates exclusively within the County of Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.
We focus primarily on financing and developing commercial and mixed-use real estate in the following five target industries:
1. Hotel and Hospitality
2. Retail
3. Mixed use residential
4. Commercial and industrial/warehousing
5. Restaurant & Entertainment

CIIF currently plans the development of an Asian Commerce Center in Los Angeles County.

CIIF’s primary goal is to bring value to its investors.  From acquisition to development, management, and sales strategies, we are committed to maximizing capital appreciation and income generation across a range of investment opportunities. CIIF’s strength lies in its ability to identify and acquire low to moderate risk investment-grade properties with high potential future cash flow. CIIF will add value to its assets through active and aggressive asset management to maximize future appreciation of the properties. The properties in which CIIF invests are likely unobtainable by the average individual investor, but become possible through the power of partners. These partnerships in turn strengthen the value of CIIF and its services. CIIF will also enhance the overall value of each investment with its tactical services. We will provide financial, risk management, administrative, and development services to help partner investors maintain financial integrity. CIIF will outsource these services with leading professionals. Each service offering is designed to create exact solutions for the investment objectives. Management of CIIF will oversee all services and will orchestrate their specific roles in coordination with one another. CIIF will protect its clients’ assets and achieve maximum profit potential.
